CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

I, an individual, by completing the application on the website, checking the “V” sign next to

This Consent is given for the processing of personal data, both with and without the use of automated tools.

Consent is given for the processing of the following personal data:

Full name;
Telegram nickname;
Contact phone number;
Email address.

Purpose of processing personal data: concluding, executing, amending, and terminating an agreement to which the Operator or authorized persons acting on behalf of the Operator are a party.

During processing, the following actions will be performed on personal data:

collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; clarification (updating, amendment); use; depersonalization; blocking; deletion; destruction.

Third parties process personal data on behalf of/on behalf of the Operator for the purpose specified in the consent.

Personal data is processed until the end of the contract or until the termination of the Operator’s business activities, whichever occurs first.

Consent may be revoked by me or my representative by sending a request to the Operator using the contact information provided at the beginning of the Consent.

If I or my representative revoke this Consent, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without it, subject to the grounds specified in paragraphs 2–11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10, and Part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006.

This consent is valid until the date of submission to the Organization of an application to revoke this Consent.
